If you've been watching my twitters (over there on the side bar) I have been twittering about the 30 day shred. Mostly, because it's keeping me accountable to myself. However, several of you have been asking me what the heck I'm talking about.

The 30 day shred was described to me by a fellow stay at home mom like this: "the 30-Day Shred is everything you've heard it to be. If you hate gyms, hate working out, have absolutely zero patience and demand instant gratification, this is the workout for you. It will kick your ass up and down the block."
hate gyms? CHECK.
hate working out? CHECK, CHECK!
have absolutely zero patience? Hello! Check.
demand instant gratification? Heck Yes!!
So... I bought it, and I'm trying it, it's kicking my hiney up and down the block... seriously!

Aaannnnd, if you don't see a twitter about it during the 30 days (or longer, I'm thinking I'll go 60 days... but don't hold me to that) feel free to tell me to get my butt in gear! :)
